General Information

No contracts  |  No registration fees  |  No material or supply fees

Parents/guardians may drop off students and leave or stay and wait in our comfortable parent lounge, where we offer free coffee, water, snacks, and WiFi.   If you decide to leave your child, we kindly ask that you pick up him or her promptly when class ends.  Note: Nuestra Escuelita Spanish Academy does not provide child care services.

I​​f you have questions or concerns about any of our classes or programs, please do not hesitate to let us know.   Once your child is enrolled, should you have questions about your child's class, progress, or relationship with other students and/or our teachers, we encourage you to let us know.  We will gladly provide feedback and do everything we can to answer all of your questions and/or resolve any difficulties which may arise.

Online Registration and Tuition

Parents must register their child online and tuition is due on or before the first day of class to reserve your child's spot.  We accept all major credit cards as well as purchase orders (more details).  If you have questions about a class or need help registering online, please email us at or call (909) 414-5664.  

Homeschool parents: If you plan to use charter school funds, please follow the steps below.


  1. View our in-person or online class schedule and choose a class.

  2. Please use the following link to sign up for a class.  Once received, we will call or email you to confirm your registration.   

  3. Once you've received confirmation, please contact your charter school and have them send us your order prior to the first day of class. 

    • Please include your child's name and day/time of the class on the order, if possible.

    • We must receive your order(s) prior to the first day of class or your space(s) cannot be guaranteed. 

    • Please do not send an order until your space is confirmed in a class.

All of our classes are conducted in 4 week blocks.  Students may only sign up for an entire 4 week session.  We cannot accept partial or pro-rated POs.  Adjusted POs will be cancelled or the parent will be responsible for paying the remaining balance prior to the first day of class.  If a PO is not received, parents will be responsible for payment.

  • Tuition is paid for per session (not by the class) and each session is 4 weeks long.  Some classes meet once per week, and some classes meet twice per week.

  • A 10% sibling discount is available if enrolling siblings (they do not need to be in the same class).   Please email us at for details.  

  • Tuition credit is not given for missed classes.

  • Tuition is not transferable from one month to another due to poor attendance or missed classes.

  • Make up classes are available (see below).

Free Introductory Classes

Want to try out our classes?  New students may register for a FREE introductory class.  Please register online.

We request that a parent/guardian or adult family member wait in our parent lounge area during the free introductory class.  Once a student is enrolled in a class, parents may either drop off or wait on-site until class is over.



We want all of our parents and children to be completely satisfied.  You may drop any class during the first week and receive a pro-rated refund.  Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds after the first week of classes.  Please check your schedule carefully before registering your child.


If for any reason we need to cancel a class or session (this happens very rarely), we will do our best to offer multiple avenues for your child to make up the class(es).   We do not offer refunds or credits for cancelled classes.

Missed Classes and Make-up Policy


We understand life happens and schedules change.  While we do not offer refunds or credits for missed classes, students are welcome to attend any other class of equal length (within the same 4 week session or a future session) as a make-up (if space is available).   Please contact us in advance at to schedule a make-up class.


Note: we reserve the right to cancel or combine classes that do not meet the minimum number of students required to run the class.

Code of Conduct


The health and safety of our students and teachers is a top priority, and we believe that every child and teacher deserves respect.  Moreover, all students have the right to a safe, secure, and peaceful learning environment.


Therefore, we reserve the right to withdraw any student from the program that displays disrespectful or offensive conduct in word or deed.  Any student (and/or parent) that threatens or endangers another student, teacher, or guest in any way will be removed from our program at his or her own expense. 


Your registration in any class offered by Nuestra Escuelita constitutes your agreement to this and all other policies.
